Crow's
Nest Inn Open
W/days: 1200-1430,
1830-2230 St
Austell Tinners,
Dartmoor Best Bitter, HSD
(H) This
17th century granite walled, low-beamed inn sits below Caradon Hill
offering dramatic views of the east Cornwall landscape. The pub started
as a mine captain's house and pay office, and still has the bell to
summon the miners on the outside wall. There are two bars; the main one
is cosy - mind your head on the vast collection of stirrups and other
horsey bits! The second bar is used mainly for dining in the evenings,
and there is an outside patio area with seating for al fresco drinking.
Food available 1200-1400 & 1830-2100, with a separate evening menu. |
